“This breeds a lot of resentment towards the site, and me personally as the founder and public pundit. If you look at the number of Anti-Ed sites corporations have paid to post on the web it is staggering. They all have various statements about me, some are true, although most are so far out of date or context you have to wonder. I do not deny my past. I have made choices, made amends, and now I am helping others to share their right to "free speech!”

The website and its creator are known as national celebrities in a different arena, the legal community. His groundbreaking cases and consistent court room victories, although draining on his business, have set legal precedence and become quite well documented in the legal classroom, discussion boards and publications.
